SUBUNIT: Interacts with isoform p52shc of SHC1 (By similarity). May form oligomers.
SUBCELLULAR LOCATION: Cytoplasm. Mitochondrion. Note=Predominantly expressed in the cytoplasm but a fraction is associated with the mitochondria.
TISSUE SPECIFICITY: Up-regulated in gastric adenocarcinomas.
PTM: Auto-ubiquitinated (in vitro).
SIMILARITY: Belongs to the TRIM/RBCC family.
